Message from the President..,.                                              

Mabuhay !   Once again, we’re all gathered here to celebrate the 2007 Induction Ceremony of PAG-ASA, Inc.   Through the years, this diverse group continues to foster goodwill, friendship, camaraderie, and strong cultural ties among residents of Gainesville and surrounding areas.

I am very proud and deeply honored to spearhead the Philippine-American Association of Gainesville and Surrounding Areas (PAG-ASA, Inc.) for the years 2007 through 2009; a task that I would like to achieve successfully with the help of all the officers and members as well; a challenge requiring strong leadership to reconcile and unite Filipino-American residents of the community.   It may take a little longer, but I will make sure that it is going to that direction.

PAG-ASA, Inc. is continuously growing and it is very important that the community recognizes our existence.   It is equally important to preserve our rich culture by educating the community through social, cultural and civic functions.

Fellow Filipino-Americans, we can all make it happen.   My vision, your vision, will only come to reality with the support and help of each and everyone.   Kaya natin ‘to!
