Instructions: In a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, onion, and parsley. In a
small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and ground pepper.
Pour dressing over cabbage and toss until thoroughly coated. Arrange
bell pepper rings on top. Cover and chill before serving. |
