2 pcs. med. size carrots, circularly cut (like a flower design) 10 pcs. baguio beans, cut diagonnally 1 can young corn (cuts) 1 can button mushroom chicharo 20 pcs quail eggs, boiled and shelled 6 pcs crab stick, sliced into 4 pcs per stick 10 pcs squid balls, fried,halved 10 pcs kikiam, fried,sliced into 4 pcs.

garlic onion butter 6 tsp. oyster sauce 2 tsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 1/2 cup of water)

Instructions: saute' garlic and onion in a butter. add in carrots, young corn and button mushrooms. cooked for at least 5 minutes or until carrots is done. then add the chicharo and baguio beans, stir for 5 minutes then add the squid balls, kikiam and quail eggs. put the oyster sauce followed by the cornstarch dissolved in watr. mix constantlyuntil sauce thickens. |
