Left Ingredients:
1 head romaine/lettuce 2 cloves crushed garlic soak in extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. mustard (dry/dijon) salt pepper

Right Ingredients:
1 eggyolk 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce garlic croutons shredded feta cheese/parmesan cheese

Instructions: Combine olive oil and garlic in cup. Let it stand for several hours ot overnight. Remove and discard garlic. Combine garlic oil, Lemon juice, salt mustard, pepper and worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.Place egg in a small bowl of hot water,let stand 10 minutes.Tear romaine/lettuce leaves into bowl.Top green with half of cheese.Put eggyolk in salad.Toss salad, spooning from bottom of bowl each time until greens evenly coated with dressing. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and croutons.
