1/2 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp cooking oil 1/4 cup cane vinegar ground black pepper & fish sauce to taste

Instructions: 1. Saute garlic and onion in cooking oil.
2. Add bamboo shoots and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk and let boil.
4. Add vinegar, black pepper and flavor with fish sauce. |
