Instructions: Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add the 5pcs. calamansi and the 3pcs. siling labuyo. Stir.
Put the 1/4 cup cooking oil in a frying pan. Saute onion, red bell pepper and green bell pepper until onion is brown. Add the ground beef with calamansi and siling labuyo.
