1/2kl. fresh shrimps,shelled 1/4c. flour 1/4c. olive oil 1/4c. dry white wine 1tsp. tomato paste 2tbsp. warm water

1/2tsp. salt 1/4tsp. pepper A dash of cayenne pepper 1tbsp. chopped parsley 1tbsp. spring onion,chopped 1tsp. lemon or calamansi juice

Instructions: Dredge shrimps in flour. Heat olive oil in a pan. Put in shrimps,saute until pink. Put d shrimps in a plate. Meanwhile, put d white wine,tomato paste,warm water,salt, pepper and cayenne pepper in a sauce pan where d shrimp was sauted. Cook mixture over low heat for about a minute. Add sauteed shrimps,parsley and spring onions. Cook 5 minutes more. Add lemon juice, stir a little. SERVE HOT. |
