half lenghtwise of salmon (fillet) plain mayonnaise pesto sauce immitation crab flakes

pineapple slice mozarella cheese grated mushroom slice

Instructions: Place the salmon into flat bake tray. Spread the mayonnaise on salmon. Next, the pesto sauce as second layer. The salmon should be covered by these two ingredients before putting the crab flakes.Then cover by grated mozarella cheese, on top pineapple slice and mushroom slice. Pre-heat the oven for 350 degrees. Cover the salmon pie with foil and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on how you want it (rare or well done). |
