2-1/2 tbsps, pineapple tidbits, 2-1/2 tbsps, mixed vegetables, dash of olive oil, salt&pepper, 1 beaten egg, 2 tbsps, soy sauce,1/2 cup, shrimps, shells removed & chopped, 1/2 tbsps, shrimp juice, 1/2 cup mussels, boiled and meat removed, 1 green bell pepper seeded & chopped
