130g. cook pasta, 80g. lamb loin cut into strips, 1med. onion slice, 5pcs. fresh button mushrooms

Right Ingredients:
1tbsp butter, 2pcs. fresh tomato then peeled and slice, 2tbsp worcestershire sc, 3tbsp sour cream, salt & pepper to taste.

Instructions: melt the butter in a large skillet and gently fry the onion for 5min. or until soft.add the lamb strips into the pan then saute for 5min. strring well, until the meat has brown color then add the mushroom stir in 3min. stir in the tomatoes and worcestershire. season to taste, then simmer for 3-4min. stir in the sour cream and add the pasta. |
