Instructions:
Instructions: Dice the peeled potatoes and meat or sausage.Finely chop the onion.
Fry the potatoes and onion in a large frying pan.
Brown the meat and sausage seperately.Blend the ingredients together in the frying pan.heat carefully.Salt and pepper.Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and worcestershire sauce.
