3 cups water 2 potatoes,peeled and quartered 1 small cabbage,quartered or 1 bunch pechay,sliced peppercorns salt to taste

Instructions: In a saucepan,heat oil then saute onion and ginger.Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until it changes color.Add water and bring to boil.Lower heat and simmer until chicken is tender.Season to taste.Add potatoes, when tender, add the cabbage or pechay.Serve hot. |
