3 tbsp oil 2 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 c sliced onions 3 to 4 pcs green long chili (sliced) 2 to 3 tbsp vinegar pepper powder, salt to taste

Right Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pork pigue (sliced pahaba) 2 pcs pork kidney(sliced pahaba & cleaned with salt, then water) 1/4 kilo pork liver (sliced pahaba) 2 pcs labanos (sliced pahaba)

Instructions: |
Instructions: 1. Put oil and saute garlic and onion
2. Add pork pigue, kidney & liver and stir fry until brown
3. Add pepper, laurel and salt
4. Simmer for 5 mins then taste with vinegar (this should not taste too sour)
5. Add the chili and labanos
6. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.
7. Serve hot |
