1/2K PORK W/FAT cut into chunk cubes 2 MEDIUM SIZE AMPALAYA slice and soak in water w/ salt CHINESE MISO SMALL PACK SOTANGHON soak in water

Right Ingredients:
1 HEAD OF GARLIC minced 1 BIG ONION slice 4 TOMATOES diced salt or patis to taste 1/2 CUP WATER

Instructions: 1.In the casserole,boil pork in lower fire until the pork oil starts to come out.
2. When pork is lightly crispy ,put in on the side and saute garlic,onion,tomato and sotanghon and mix pork once more.
3. Add miso and water. Salt or patis to taste.
4.Cook while stirring.
5. Wash ampalaya very well .
6. Add ampalaya and stir well.
