3 cloves garlic,crushed 1 whole onion, sliced 2 tablespoon of vinegar 2-3 pc of red tomatoes,sliced

Right Ingredients:
1/4 pork,cut lengthwise thinly 1/2 lungs,cut lenthwise 1/2 liver,cut lenthwise 1 pc raw saba,cut thinly and slice lenghtwise 2 tablespoon of soysauce 1 liverspred 5 cayenne pepper or green pepper, sliced a little sugar (optional) cooking oil water

Instructions: Saute garlic and onion in a little oil.Then put the tomatoes.Add the pork.Saute for at least a minute. Then add a little water for the pork to be tender.Let it boil.Then when the water is gone, add the lungs. Saute until the color turns brown.Add the saba.Sprinkle ground pepper.Add soysauce.Then put a little water about 1/4 cup of water.Let it boil.Then,when the saba is already cooked, add now the green or cayenne pepper.Leave for at least a minute.Add a little salt if u want a little salty. Use sugar instead of monosodium glutamate.Then, put the liver.Saute for just a little time until the color turns brown.Then, lastly add the vinegar.Don't stir. Leave for at least two minutes. |

Egado is a bikolano recipe that should be very spicy. Now, it depends on who will eat so be careful in putting green or cayenne peppers.Don't add the seeds of the green peppers, please.
