Left Ingredients:
1 kl. thinnes slices of beef(red meat) 1/2 cup Soy sauce (toyo) 2tbl. spoons of Oyster sauce to taste Pfeffer powder (2tps.)

1 glove garlic (minced) chili (sili)optional 10 kalamansi

Instructions: 1.Place the thin slices of meat into bowl,(accurate size).
2.Add all ingredients one at a time. Follwed by a thorough blend for its mixtures.
3.Until all ingredients are blended and mixed. Taste the mixture.(adding salt is optional) Leave for 1 hr. inside the cooler (refrigerator)
The whole mixture should be just fairly moist, during the marination.
4.After 1 hr.Pre heat oven-300*F. for 10 mins.,then adjust oven to 30*F.
5.Place the marinated mixture(each slices separately) into grill rack or oven tray, and letting inside the oven for an hr. or more.
6. Check the meat to taste its tenderness and driedness.

Place the meat into wide plate or open bowl and serve it with Kalamansi sauce, the rest could be froze.

If you decide a hot spicy beef add the chili (sili) into mixture. Salt is optional and it depends in each individual to taste.
