1/2 k.pork lungs 1/2 k pork heart 1 can crushed pineapple(syrup reserved) 2 pcs.laurel leaf 5 cloves garlic minced 1 medium onion chopped 5 cups water

labanos (chopped finely) 2 medium red bell pepper (chopped finely) sili (pangsigang) salt pepper fish sauce (patis)

Instructions: Boil pork lungs and pork heart in 5 cups water, pineapple syrup, laurel leaf until tender, chopped.
In a skillet saute garlic and onions, add pork heart and lungs and remaining ingredients.
Season with salt,pepper and fish sauce
