1. boil the pasta according to directions. meanwhile, slice the sweet ham into small cubes, finely chop the onions and celery stem, and mince the garlic.
2. when the pasta is already cooked, drain and blanch with cold water, then set aside.
3. in a saucepan, heat the oil in low fire, then put in the butter. when the butter has melted, put in the garlic, the onions, and the celery stem and saute until done. then, put in the ground meat until the pinkish color has dissipated, then put in the sweet ham and the shredded chicken. season with salt, and brown sugar, if desired.
4. when the meat is cooked, pour the chicken or mushroom soup into the saucepan, and simmer for five minutes. after five minutes, pour in the all-purpose cream, then the evaporated milk and stir. when the cream had melted, pour in the nestle?s cream and stir. DO NOT LET THE MIXTURE BOIL.
5. after two minutes, pour into it half the amount of the grated cheese and stir until the cheese melts, then remove from fire.
6. pour some of the sauce mixture into the pasta, making sure it is well-coated with the sauce. let it stand for about 20 minutes, giving time for the sauce to be absorbed. |
