1/2 kilo pork belly, cubed 1 cup vinegar 1/2 cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons soy sauce, for marinade 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon salt 3 pcs bayleaf

1 tablespoons garlic, chopped 3 stalks onion leaves, sliced 2 tablespoons oil 2 cups water 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon spanish paprika 3 pcs fresh pepper

Instructions: |
Instructions: 1. Marinate pork with 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon salt for about 30 minutes. Set aside.
2. Saute in oil garlic and pork until
pork becomes brown.
3. Add the marinade and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, bayleaf, pepper, paprika and brown sugar.
5. Simmer over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
6. Add the onion leaves and fresh pepper last just before turning off the heat.
