8 egg yolk 2 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. milk (diluted w/ water 1 1/2 tbsp. nescafe 1 tsp. salt

1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. oil (corn oil) 8 eggwhites 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions: 1. Pre-heat oven for 15 min. at 350F.
2. Separate the eggyolk and eggwhite.
3. Sift the dry ingredients (sugar, flour)
4. Mix in a bowl the eggyolks, sugar, flour, oil, water and etc. beat until smooth.
5. In other bowl beat eggwhites with 1 tsp. cream of tartar, adding the sugar slowly until stiff but not dry.
6. Fold in the bater to the beaten eggwhite by using the lowest spreaf of the mixer.
7. Bake at 350F. for 40 mins. or until done.
