Left Ingredients:
1 kl porkchop, sliced, bone intact, skin removed 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup lime soda (sprite or 7-up) 1 tbsp juice of lemon 1 tsp brown sugar

Right Ingredients:
1/2 tsp ground pepper 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves 50 gms canned button mushrooms, sliced 1 can Campbell's mushroom sauce 1 tsp finely chopped parsley

Instructions: Marinate porkchops in soy sauce, soda, lemon juice, sugar, pepper, garlic and rosemary leaves for at least 3 hours. Grill the chops on both sides until done. Set aside. Transfer the cream of mushroom in a pot. Boil. Add the sliced button mushroom. Add some salt and pepper if needed. Simmer until the sauce is thick. |

Line all the chops in the middle of an oval plate. Pour the sauce on top. Sprinkle the parsley on top Save some sauce in a sauce plate.

Marinating can be done a day before but make sure that the meat is chilled to prevent contamination and spoilage
