1/2 kl-minced beef, 2tsp oil,1 chop finely onion,1/2tsp ground nutmeg,blk pepper,salt to taste.

1 kl potatoes(boiled & mashed),1 egg(beaten)1cup milk,2tsp butter,blk pepper& salt.

Instructions: In pan,oil then add the onion till brown,then beef,add nutmeg,salt pepper .then remove from the fire,set aside.In bowlmashed the boiled potatoes then add milk,butter,egg blk pepper &saltmix it well till creamy.In baking tray pour the beef mixture then ontop the mashed potatoes.oven 180 F.30 MINUTES.TILL LIGHTLY BROWN ON TOP.(SERVE IT WHILE ITS HOT) |
