1/2 kl pork belly 1 kl pork entrails(liver,heart lungs, intestine etc) 2 cups vinegar 3 cups blood 2 tbsp chopped ginger 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1/2 cup chopped onion

3 tbsp salt 3 tbsp sugar 2 knorr sampalok cubes 1 tsp ground black pepper tanglad or lemon grass 5 pcs siling labuyo 2 tbsp cooking oil 3 cups water

Instructions: |
Instructions: 1. Boil pork and entrails until tender then cut into very small pieces.
2. Saute in cooking oil garlic, onions,ginger.
3. Add the pork and entrails, then season with salt.
4. Add water, vinegar, sugar, tanglad, sampalok cubes and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
5. Add blood, siling labuyo, pepper.
6. Continue stirring and simmer for another 15 minutes or until blood is cooked.
