bacon cut into strips 2 T AP flour 2 T butter 1 vegetable stock chopped red tomatoes 500 ml water salt and pepper to taste

baby corn, zucchini, bell peppers, carrots, green peas, celery, potatoes cut into small pieces (note:vegestables can be varied according to what's available or is desired)

Instructions: melt butter on a cooking and fry bacon until crispy, add 2 T flour and mix thoroughly.add tomatoes and pour water, blend well and bring to a boil.add stock and the rest of the vegetables, simmer until done. |
