Instructions: 1. boil oxtail until tender,drain. set aside including broth
2. heat pan and start saute garlic, onion and beef cube
3.add oxtail, and add broth.
4. add 2 c water, bring to a boil
5. add vegies, cover.
6. season with salt and MSG, add colored asuete jiuce excluding asuete seeds.
7. add peanut butter to thicken.
8. check if vegies are already cook.
9. serve with bagoong.
