2 cups cake flour 1 Tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 Tbsp vanilla

Instructions: Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
Soften the margarine and add the white sugar until well blended. Add the eggs and the mashed bananas. Mix thoroughly.Add the dry ingredients until well blended. Flavor with the vanilla. Pour into a well greased baking pand.Bake for 20 minutes at medium heat.
