shrimp, bbq pork, beef or chicken. eggs, dice carrots, dice onions, green peas and chopped green onion

1/3 teaspoon salt, 1/3 teaspoon white pepper, msg(optional), 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil and 2 teaspoon oyster sauce.

Instructions: heat wok (test heat by dipping wood chopstick or a clean toothpick, if bubbles then it's hot) stir fry meat 'til half cook then add vegetables. once ready, set on side of wok then scramble 1 or 2 eggs. mix everything together then add rice. mixed it all together then add ingredients. stir fry well. |

it's better to refrigerate rice for a few days ot break it easily. removed hard rice on top before breaking. add additional oyster id needed.
