6 young coconuts 1 can(any brand) fruit cocktail 1 can condense milk half of cream cheese

Instructions: Crack coconut. Use filipino pangkadkad/shreder or fork to get the coconut meat out of the shell and put in a large bowl. Mix condense milk and cream cheese together. Pour in the bowl; stir along with the young coconut/buko. Mix in cocktail fruit last. Chill.

It can be prepared ahead of time and place in the freezer.
Take it out a feww hours before serving to thaw.
For quick cjilling, Place in freezer for approximately one hour. Serve.
