1 1/2 cups caster sugar 1 1/2 cups self raising flour 1 tbs vanilla extract 1 tbs baking powder

Instructions: 1.in a meduim mixing bowl beat the egg white until thick, add the 3/4 cup of caster sugar little by little keep on beating in meduim speed until stiff . set aside. 2.in the other bowl beat the eggyolks,remaining caster sugar, vanilla extract, cooking oil,and orange juice until thick add the flour and baking powder.after 2minutes of beat it fold in the egg whites mixture. pour the cake mixture in a 9 inch baking tray. 3. bake it for 45 to 50 minutes in a 190 degree pre heated oven(5 gas marked). |
