1kl Spare Ribs (pork or beef) 500ml Seven -up or Sprite (softdrinks) 2 tbs oyster sauce 2 tbs barbecue sauce 1 tbs soy sauce

Right Ingredients:
1 tbs vinegar 1 globes minced garlic 3 pcs. silling labuyo (diced) 1 tsp pepper salt to taste

Instructions: Prepare the spare ribs according to your likes whether its long or short cut size.
Wash and drained meat accordingly then put it in the casserole.
Then put the said ingreidients first the minced garlic (this is very important ingreidient) oyster sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, pepper and vinegar mixed it w/ the spare ribs. then leave it to Marinate for about 15 to 30 minutes.
After marinated, add the 500ml sprite or seven up stir it and let it boil until the seven -up or sprite has been thick sauce but be sure that the meat is tender or if not just add additional 1 cup of water.
Don't forget to stir the ribs once in a while, while on boiling then add the siling labuyo & salt according to your taste. It should be result as thicker sauce and tender meat... |

You can serve this menu for special occasion and this is alternative for barbecue if you don't want to grill, almost same taste. But this is more tasteful than tenderloin steak, try it and you will believed it...
