1 can tuna flakes 1 small red bell pepper 1 small onion 4 cloves garlic
Right Ingredients:
a dash of salt & pepper a little parsley 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs oil for frying

Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender, blend all ingredients except the 3 last ingredients. Put the mixture in a bowl, add flour and egg. Put it in refrigerator for about half an hour. Heat the oil in a deep fryer. Drop a spoonful of the tuna mixture and deep fry it until golden brown.
Serving Suggestion:
You can make a vinegar garlic sauce or just enjoy it with catsup.
