2 lbs. cut up chicken: legs, breasts salt and pepper to taste

1 medium sized jar of mayonnaise 1 large bag of potato chips

Instructions: |
Instructions: Clean chicken pieces under running water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Empty mayonnaise into a wide, shallow plate - the larger, the better. Crush the potato chips while in the bag and empty into another large, shallow plate. Roll the chicken pieces first in the mayonnaise, then immediately roll onto the crushed potato chips in the next platter. Neatly arrange chicken pieces in a rectangular pyrex dish already lightly greased. Put in a 350 degree preheated oven till the chicken is baked well. |
