2 lbs beef ribs 1 can garbanzo beans 3 potatoes 1 small can pickles (finely chopped) 1 small can pineapple chunks(do not throw juice) 1 small carrot 2 bell peppers 2 tbsp. peanutbutter 1 small can evaporated milk 1/4 cup tomato sauce(optional) 1/2 cup tomato ketchup 2 pcs. bread crumbs 3tsp. cheeze, diced

4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 2 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp brown sugar black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions: cut beef ribs into cubes
Add oil to a sauce pan or skillet, put garlic,onion, beef, pepper, soy sauce and salt. Add pineapple juice then let it simmer till tender. Add potatoe, carrot, garbanzo beans, do not over cook potatoe and carrot. Add pineapple chunks, tomato sauce or tomato ketchup, milk and pickles. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Add peanutbutter, brown sugar and bread crumbs. Add bell pepper and cheeze as toppings. |
