1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 medium onion,diced 1/2 of whole garlic, minced 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. maggi or knorr original seasoning 2 tbsps. oil for sauteing

1 head lettuce, separate leaves and set aside

Instructions: in medium heat, saute garlic and onion. add ground beef and seasonings. let boil for 15 to 20 minutes and place in medium bowl. |

put about 2 to 3 tsps. ground beef in each lettuce leaf and roll. serve as main dish or as appetizer.
