1kg Pork ribs 2 tbsp cooking oil 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped) 1 bulb onion (cut in big pieces) 1 can tomato sauce 3-5 tbsp dark soy sauce 1-2 can Reno liver spread 1 red pepper 1 potato 1 carrot 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter salt to taste

Instructions: Wash clean pork ribs and drain. Heat oil in a big sause pan, saute garlic and onion, add pork ribs, stir and keep stirring for a few minutes. Add dark soy sauce, stir and cover, simmer for 10 minutes over a very low fire. Add tomato sauce and simmer till the pork ribs is tender. Add potato and carrots, salt to taste. At last add red pepper and peanut butter. Stir till the peanut butter has dissolved. Turn off the stove and leave for a few minuts before eating, to cook the red pepper. This is really up to you, I like my red pepper a little crunchy. |

I enjoy this recipe very much and the peanut butter gives it a different aroma and tast, in a good way. ENJOY!!!
