1/2 lb calf fresh liver(cubes) 5 cloves minced garlic 1 medium sized chopped onion 2 tsp salt; 2 tsp bread crumbs

Right Ingredients:
1/4 c cooking oil 2 to 3 tsp ground pepper 1/4 c vinegar 1/4 c sugar (brown or white)

Instructions: Broil liver till. Saute broiled liver in garlic and onion. Add salt, pepper, vinegar. Simmer for 10 mins. then blend till liquified. Place in a sauce pan, add sugar and bread crumbs and cooked in low fire for about 15 to 20 mins. |

Liver pate can be used as sauce for roast pork, chicken or beef. Can be used for beef, chicken or any meat stew to thicken sauce, or wherever you want to use it.
