1 lb. chicken (with bones) 1 lb. pork garlic cloves, peeled shallots, sliced 1 medium sized onion, sliced

1/2 soy sauce 1/2 white vinegar 4 whole black pepper 1 laurel leaf

Instructions: |
Instructions: 1. Cut chicken and pork into pieces.
2. Sautee shallots and onion in oil until brown or until very soft.
3. Put chicken and pork and wait until chicken starts to produce juice.
4. Put the garlic, pepper, and leaf.
5. Put 1:1 ratio of soy sauce and vinegar.
6. Simmer for about 10 minutes; occasionally check chicken and pork if tender.
7. Check for taste, add soy sauce or vinegar if necessary.
8. Cook until pork and chicken are tender. |
