Left Ingredients:

1 lbs pork diced
1 tofu sliced
1 can black beans(tausi)drained and washed once

Right Ingredients:

garlic
onion
parsley
ginger cut into strips

Cooking Instructions:

Instructions: brown pork set aside

fry tofu then cut same size as the pork set aside

in a skillet sautee garlic and onion

add ginger until slightly brown

add pork and 1/2 cup water simmer till tender

add tausi, tofu and parsley

season with salt

tausi is salty taste dish first before putting salt
