Pork leg cut in serving 4 or 5 pieces 1 cup red beans, soaked about 2 hours 3 cloves garlic 1 large white onion
Right Ingredients:
1/2 cup cabbage chopped 1 to 2 medium sized carrots cut into 1 inch cubes 2 stalk celery cut into an inch wedges salt to taste

Instructions:
Instructions: Soak beans for about 2 hours. Boil water just enough to soak in the pork leg and beans. Cook till tender. Add vegetables, oions, and garlic. Cabbage to be added last. Simmer till vegetables are soft. Enjoy1
