1 cup diced chicken 1 can cream of corn 1 pack chinese needle noodles 6 cups water 2 large eggs 1/8 cup dices carrots 1/8 cup green peas

1/4 cup diced onions 1/4 cup fish sauce 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 stick diced scallions

Instructions: In a medium size pot, pour the water and add the chicken then cover the pot until the chicken is cooked (about 20 min). Add the fish sauce, black pepper, onions, chinese noodles, carrots and green peas. Pour in the beaten eggs little by little while continously stirring the soup. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 5 min. |
