1 kilo raw bagoong 1/4 cup cooking oil 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1/4 cup kalamansi juice 1/8 cup vinegar 1 cup brown sugar 6 pcs siling labuyo

Instructions:
Instructions: Saute garlic in oil until color turns light brown over low fire. Remove from oil and set aside. Fry baggong in oil (low fire)and continue to cook until color becomes deep red. Add kalamansi and simmer for 3 minutes. Add venegar (do not stir until boiling). Add brown sugar and continue cooking over low fire. Add pepper and vetsin to taste.
Serving Suggestion:
Very good as appetizer with manggang hilaw. Also good for condiments for kare kare and if added to pork cubes(binagoongang baboy) is a separate viand on its own.
