2 tbsp cooking oil 1 cup potatoes,cubed 6 cups punta y pecho (beef brisket), cut into serving pieces 1 cup water

Right Ingredients:
1 pouch Caldereta spicy sauce mix 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into strips 1/2 cup green peas

Instructions:
1. Fry potatoes in cooking oil. Drain and set aside.
2. Fry beef until slightly brown on both sides. Add water, boil and simmer until tender.
3. Add Caldereta spicy sauce mix, fried potatoes, and red ball pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Stir once in a while.
4. Just before removing from heat, add the green peas.
Note:
Chicken may be used instead of beef. |
