1/2 anatto or atsuete oil 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 cup ground beef 1/3 cup chopped chicken liver 1 tbsp. tenga ng daga, soaked in water and chopped 2 tbsps. sliced fresh oyter mushrooms 1/4 cup sliced sitaw or string beans (1"long) 2 tbsp patis 1 cup water a pinchof papper 220 grms. odong, dropped in boilling water with oil and cooked for 5 minutes 2 tbsps. shredded young coconut meat ( buko )

Instructions: In a pan, saut'e garlic and oinion until fragrant.
Add beef and cook until light brown. Add chicken liver. Blend in.mushrooms and string beans and saut'e for a few minutes. Pour in water and season with patis and pepper. Bring to a boil. Place noodles on a plate and pour sauce on top. Top with buko strings and serve immediately. Can be partnered with biscocho or egg craclets.
