1 kahong spaghetti
1 guhit na baboy
1 guhit na hipon
1 guhit na repolyo
1 pirasong tokwa
1 kikyam
1/2 puswelong kintsay (hiniwa nang 1/2 pulgada ang haba)
1/4 puswelong sibuyas na mura (maliliit ang hiwa)
1 sibuyas
1 butil na bawang
patis, asin, atsuwete

Instructions: Lutuin ang spaghetti sa tubig na may kaunting asin. Hugasan at patuluin. Itabi.

Palambutin ang baboy (hiwang panggisa) sa kaunting tubig hanggang sa magmantika nang bahagya. Iprito sa mantikang ito ang tokwa(hiniwa nang 1/2 pulgadang pakuwadrado). Itabi ang tokwa. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas, at hipon. Timplahan ng patis at idagdag ang baboy ,tokwa at kikyam (hiwang pabilog na may 1 sentimetrong kapal). Makaraan ang ilang sadali'y ibuhos ang 3/4 puswelong tubig na may katas ng hipon at pinapula ng atsuwete. Halu-haluin habang hindi kumukulo. Pag kulo'y ihulog ang kintsay at repolyo (hiwang pahaba at maninipis). Kapag malasado na ang gulay ay ihalo ang spaghetti. Limang minutong panatiliin sa kawalai bago hanguin. Sa paghahain sa kawali bago hanguin. Sa paghain, budburan sa ibabaw ng hiniwang sibuyas na mura, Patis at kalamnsi ang ihangdang sawsawan para rito.
