250 gms.Pansit Canton oil for deep fring 2 tbsps. oil 1 tbsp. minced ginger 1/3 cup finely chopped onions 4 pcs. quekiam, sliced 1/4 cup oyster sauce 8 pcs. shrimps, shelled 1/2 cup broccoli, cut into florettes

1/2 cup cauliflower,cut into florettes 2 cups stock 2 tbsps. soy souce 1/2 tsp. five-spicy powder 1/4 tsp.pepper 1 tbsps. cornstarch, dispersed in 2 tbsps.rice wine and 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions: Deep fry noodles in hot oil. Drain excess oil and set aside on a platter.
In another pan, saut'e garlic and onions in oil. Add quekiam and stir fry for few minutes. Blend in oyster sauce, shrimps and vegetables and stir fry just until the shrimps turn pink .Remove
quekiam, shrimps,and vegetables and set aside. Increase heat and pour in stock, soy sauce, 5- spice powder and paper. Bring to a boil and thicken with the cornstarch-wine-oil mixture. Blend in vegetables, shrimps and quekiam and simmer for 30 seconds.
