1/2 kg. pork liempo 1 cup bagoong alamang 6 pcs. egg plant 4 pcs. siling berde 1 pc. bell pepper 4 pcs. big tomatoes 1 pc. onion 4 cloves garlic 3 tbspns vinegar 2 -do- sugar 1 or 2 pcs. siling labuyo (optional)

Instructions: 1. wash & drain the bagoong. then heat it in a sauce pan mixed with vinegar and sugar until dry. set aside.
2. grill the eggplant, peel, cut the head (tangkay), set aside.
3. cut the pork into pieces (desired size), boil them in a pan until very tender AND until oil comes out.
4. saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, bell pepper. then palce the eggplant ang finally the bgoong. mix all the ingredients until cooked.
