1 medium Bangus (milkfish) 3 pc medium tomato, sliced black beans (drained) 1/2 medium onion sliced

3 cloves garlic minced 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 tbsp vinegar 1 cup water

Instructions: 1. Clean bangus remove scales, cut into 3-4 piece then fry.
2. In a pan saute garlic,onion and tomato. simmer for about 2 minutes. Add water and let boil for another 2 minutes. Then add bangus and 2 tbsp black beans. Simmer for 10 min. Add vinegar,add water or vinegar if too salty, wait for another minute. Ready to serve. |
