Ingredients:

Lumpia / Fresh Springroll

1 lb beansprout
1/4 lb beans (cut diagonally)
1 meduim carrots cut into strips
1 medium trunip cut into strips
1 onion thinly slice
1 lb mushrooms thinly slice
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cube chicken or beef bullion
1 packet of med. size of Springroll wrapper (20 to 30 pcs.)
30 pcs. of green leaf lettuce
salt and pepper to taste


Right Ingredients:

Sprinroll Sauce or Paalat

1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups broth from stir-fry
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp cornstarch diluted with 1/4 cup of water
4 to 6 cloves of garlic minced
Cooking Instructions:
Instructions: Lumpia / Fresh Springroll



In a wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil, saute garlic and onion until golden brown, stir-fry carrots, greenbeans, turnip and mushroom, put in the bullion, half cooked, then put in the beansprout, do not over cook, when done, drain into the colander and let it cool, save the broth for the sauce (paalat). When cool , wrap into the Springroll wrapper with a leaf of lettuce showing at the end. Serve with the Springroll Sauce or Paalat.
