2 lbs Ground Beef Can of corn Can of peas Celery---diced carrots---thinly sliced Salt Pepper Oyster Sauce Lumpia Wraps Beansprouts

Instructions: Cook Ground Beef until its brown. Drain. Put ground beef back in pot. Add corn corn, peas, carrots, celery, and beansprouts. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add a dash of salt & pepper for taste. Add Oyster sauce, about 5 tablespoons. (taste the filling and add more if necessary). When done, drain and let it cool. In lumpia wrap, put 2-3 spoonfulls and roll. Deep fry until golden brown. |
