meduim whole chicke, macaroni shells,carrots,cabbage,4 cans of chicken broth

Instructions: |
Instructions: boil the whole chicken in water with 2 stalks of celery and meduim onion sliced in half to taste.Season with salt.Then, debone the chicken.Saute one clove of garlic and a small onion chopped finely.Pour 4 cans of chicken broth(add little water if needed). Let it boil,add macaroni shells.when cooked,add one cup of coconut milk,then add one half finely sliced carrots,followed by the cabbage. |
